Bulk Fuel Revolving Loan Fund

The Bulk Fuel Revolving Loan Fund is offered through Alaska Energy Authority (AEA) and is intended to assist small rural communities in purchasing bulk fuel supplies. Organized municipalities or unincorporated villages with populations under 2,000 people, and persons, including private individuals, corporations, and cooperatives, with a written endorsement from the governing body of the community which is to use the fuel, are eligible to apply for the loan.
