The Business of Clean Energy in Alaska conference, organized and hosted by Renewable Energy Alaska Project (REAP), brings together energy representatives from the state, nation, and world, to share information and ideas regarding the future of Alaska's energy. This year's conference was held on April 28-29, 2011, at the Dena’ina Civic and Convention Center in downtown Anchorage.

The two-day event is divided into energy efficiency and renewable energy forums, with an exhibitor hall open to the general public. According to the website, "this conference offers attendees an unmatched opportunity to network with industry experts and learn the latest on policies, programs, and projects across the state." Among the speakers at the 2011 conference were former Colorado Gov. Bill Ritter, U.S. Senator Lisa Murkowski, and Alaska Lieutenant Gov. Mead Treadwell.
