Special Instructions for Adding Photos

There are several ways of adding photos to a page; however, it is advised that you first upload the photo file to the Wiki. This will enable you to use the format in the template.

To upload photo files to the wiki, click on the "Files" tab at the bottom of the project page. Before selecting the photo file you wish to upload, please re-size the image or save it as a different format to decrease file size. Once you have uploaded the file to the Wiki, insert the file name into the IMAGE SOURCE section of the Project Template, insert caption and photo credit in the PHOTO CAPTION section of the template, and save the page. Once the webpage is refreshed, the photo and caption should appear in the appropriate box on the project page.
